One-Pot Mac & Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

1- Pack of pasta regina elbow shape

2- 3 cups of full cream milk

3- 2 tbsp of butter

4- ½ tbs salt

5- ¼ tbs pepper

6- ¼ tbs garlic powder

7- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

 Instructions

1- In a large pot, combine the milk, boiled water, dry pasta, butter, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

2- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to prevent the pasta from sticking.

3- Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes, Continue to stir often to ensure the pasta cooks evenly.

4- Remove the pot from the heat. The sauce will look slightly liquidy, but it will thicken as it cools.

5- Stir-in the shredded cheese until it is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
