Perfect for dinner parties or a cozy night in, this lasagna is loaded with layers of rich flavors.    Pasta shape : lasagna    Prep time : 30 mins    Cook time : 30 mins    Total time : 1 hour   Difficulty: Intermediate   Servings : 4    Best Season : Suitable throughout the year   Ingredients    1- Pack of pasta regina lasagna    2- 3 garlic cloves    3- 2 cups of Mashroom   4- 3 cups of fresh spinach    5- 3 tbsp all purpose flour    6- 2 tbs salt & pepper    7- 3 tbsp Butter   8- 3 cups Milk 9- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese 10- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese    Instructions    1- Start by warming 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat   2- Add 2 cups of sliced mushrooms to the pan. Stir them around, letting them cook until they’re golden and tender for 5 minutes   3- Toss in 3 cups of roughly chopped fresh spinach and 3 minced garlic cloves then set the mixture aside    4- In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to create a smooth paste. Cook this mixture for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly   5- Slowly pour in 3 cups of warm milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. As the mixture heats, it will begin to thicken.   6- Once the sauce has a smooth, creamy consistency, stir in salt and pepper. Remove it from the heat.    7- Preheat the Oven and Prep the Baking Dish   8- Begin Layering the Lasagna   9- Put the lasagna into the oven for 30 Mins
