  • Pasta Regina Penne
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Tomato
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Basil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Pine Nuts
Instructions
  1. Roast veggies for caramelization and flavor deepening. Toss in oil, roast in the oven, and prepare the sauce.
  2. Boil the pasta while the veggies are roasting.

  3. Prepare the pesto by pulsing nuts, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor, then adding basil and pulse again.
