  • Pasta Regina Small Rings
  • Red Beans
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Tomato Paste
  • Vegetable or Chicken Broth
  • Dried Oregano
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1.  In a large pot, sauté diced onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until tender. Add tomato paste and cook for a minute.

  2. Simmer vegetable or chicken broth and dried oregano.

  3. Add cooked red beans and simmer for a few minutes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
