Slice artichokes.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add oil, onion, garlic, and spices.
Add the artichokes, mushrooms, and boiling water.
Leave the mixture to be cooked for 30 minutes.
Toss the pasta with the mixture and serve on a plate.
Add olive and bell peppers.
You can eat it right away or cool it in the fridge to serve later.
